I noticed a little white spot on the Iris of my boyfriends eye and I don't have a clue of what it might be. I generally thought maybe a corneal ulcer, but he doesn't wear contact lenses, so im not to sure. I appreciate your answers.

Since the white spot is on the iris not directly on the cornea, then it's not a corneal ulcer. It could be as benign as an iris nevus (a freckle) or something more serious. I would recommend he gets a complete eye exam to make sure everything is healthy.

dont necessarily need an ophthalmologist unless you know its a surgical case, which this one does not sound like it is.
Reply:go see an opthamologist.... he will tell you because he is a specialist in this field....
