Has anyone had this at their school? The police department is coming to our school to take iris pictures of children's eyes for their records It goes into a child ID and location database. Has anyone had this done, advantages/disadvantages?

Oh sure, just get a low jack implanted on them while you are at it. The big disadvantage is that you have no idea what your kids position on privacy issues will be when they are an adult, therefore don't database them for life.
